Rohit Bal
Acclaimed as "India's Master of fabric and fantasy" by Time magazine, Rohit Bal is intensely concerned with design as an art form. Graduating from St. Stephen's College in Delhi with a first class (Hons.) degree in History, the artistic designer worked for a few years with his brother's export company. In 1990 he created his first line of traditional designer wear for men, this was a great success and the rest is history. Rohit has since shown his work in New York, London, Dubai, Singapore and Paris, including Paris Fashion Week and was also chosen by the Khadi Gram Udyog, the largest handloom textile operation in India, to work together.

Rohit received the designer of the year award at the Indian Fashion Awards in 2006, and previously won designer of the year at the Kingfisher fashion achievement awards in 2001.

Rohit's aesthetic sense is finely honed, and each one of his creations is hand-crafted to perfection, with meticulous attention to detail. He uses the best the industry has to offer in terms of materials and workmanship.
