Tomas Maier
The Tomas Maier fashion company was founded in Miami Beach, Florida, in 1997.
The versatility and ease of the Tomas Maier collection reflects the taste and personal experience of the designer. Born and raised in Germany, Maier received his design education in Paris, training at the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture and the haute couture atelier of Guy Laroche. He has worked as a designer for luxury fashion houses for more than two decades, spending nine years designing womenswear at Hermes, eight years designing menswear at Sonia Rykiel, and four years as the creative director of Revillon. In addition to overseeing his own line, he is currently the creative director of the Italian luxury leather-goods house Bottega Veneta, based in Milan. Maier currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida.
