Alexis Mabille
As a young boy in Lyon, France, Mabille discovered fashion while investigating family attics and museums, creating accessories from re-cut and sewn lace and petticoats. Later, the teenage Alexis developed his passion, creating costumes for theatre and parties.
Receiving a diploma from the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne in 1997, Mabille has worked in the ateliers of Ungaro, Ricci and the house of Dior with Galliano and Slimane.
Using his rich and playful imagination coupled with his technical affinity Mabille's own lines, Impasse 13 for clothing and Treizeor accessories, offer a window on Mabille's daring, joyful and dynamic universe. In this unisex realm of sophistication he expresses the creativity closest to his heart.
