This beautiful neckpiece has been made entirely by hand from antique fabrics. It features layers of 19th century French cotton lace embellished with fringes of Victorian beads and antique brass coils. The ruching of the lace creates ruffles like that of an apron. This versatile piece can be worn traditionally around the neck, over the shoulders, round the waist, or to one side for dramatic effect.
