This pure cashmere blanket shawl has been crafted using ancient Indian weaving techniques. The shawl is made using primitive dyeing and painting methods and paddle beat finishing to soften the fibers. More a work of art than an accessory, this style of shawl is traditionally known as a Dorukha and the authenticity of the embroidery is evidenced by the fact that there is little or no difference between each side. It takes three weavers approximately five to eight months to complete each shawl.
