The centerpiece at the bottom of a string of 14 karat gold leaf beads, comprises three raw diamonds mounted on a coral enamel pendant. Tipped with an antique gold East African colonial coin and an 18 karat gold Hand of Fatima, this necklace is believed to protect you against the 'evil eye'.
