Colombian designer Haider Ackermann launched his namesake line in 2001 and joins Dries Van Noten and Ann Demeulemeester as notable alumni of the Antwerp Fashion Academy of Fine Arts. He’s lauded for his abstract work with leather and avant-garde draping. Haider's graphite anthracite skirt is a daring adventure in the finest silk with a dash of extra stretch. Thigh-high, the front opening is edged with dramatic folds of fabric that plummet to the ground. Sexy and Gothic-inspired.
