This long pleated skirt is handmade from silk. The silk fabric has been dyed light and dark shades of indigo blue, each pleat displaying a different shade. The blue floral print is embellished with real gold leaf, which wears with time, resembling an ornamental display of Mughal Indian antique floral patterns. The skirt is lined with silk and fastens at the side with a hidden zip.
